Peter McIntyre

Peter is a skilled and highly experienced chiropractor who graduated in 1993 and has been providing chiropractic care for more than 30 years.

Since 2008, Peter has run his clinic in Brisbane's western suburbs where he has developed a loyal patient base built on experience, personalised care and a hands-on approach to treatment.

With the clinic now conveniently located closer to the Brisbane CBD in Taringa, Peter is ideally positioned to provide his personalised approach to chiropractic care to patients from across Greater Brisbane.

A keen triathlete himself, Peter has a particular interest in sport-related injuries and working with active people who want to maintain their mobility, recover effectively and perform at their best. He understands the physical demands of training and competition and recognises that chiropractic care can play a valuable role not only in injury management, but also in supporting movement, function and sporting performance.

Peter's approach combines therapeutic deep tissue massage with hands-on chiropractic adjustments. By addressing both the muscles and joints, treatment can be tailored to the individual. This integrated approach allows Peter to address a broad range of musculoskeletal concerns and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Emma Ferguson

Emma is the newest member of the Taringa Chiropractic team, with a special interest in women's health and sports rehabilitation.

As a keen equestrian with a background in competitive sport, Emma understands first-hand the importance of maintaining strength, mobility and overall physical wellbeing to stay active and reduce the risk of injury.

With a strong foundation in therapeutic massage and as a fully qualified chiropractor, Emma combines soft tissue therapy, chiropractic care and tailored rehabilitation to provide a personalised approach to treatment. She takes the time to understand each patient's needs and goals, helping them move well, recover confidently and stay active.

Emma trained closely with Peter McIntyre in the same techniques he uses, supporting a consistent approach to care and continuity treatment across the clinic.

Whether you're recovering from a sports injury, managing ongoing tension or discomfort, or looking to optimise your movement and physical performance, Emma is committed to helping you feel your best and achieve lasting improvements in your health and wellbeing.
